1. From your homepage, hover over the circle icon of your initials or photo in the upper right corner and click on Meetings from the drop-down menu.
2. Click on the date on the calendar that you want to have the meeting.
3. Fill out the meeting template.
- Title = title of the meeting
- Invite = people you want to attend
- Connections = allows you to invite anyone from your Groups
- Experience Manager = allows you to invite your Experience Manager
- Date = date of meeting
- Time = time of meeting
4. To add people to the invite, start typing in the text box with your name and a drop-down menu will appear with possible names. Click on the users you want to invite.
5. Click Create
6. An email with the meeting details will be sent to all those invited.
