Sometimes the iOS mobile app will send you a link to log in but when you open that link on your mobile device it refers you to the website in the mobile browser, not the installed Everwise app.

This is a known bug with iOS. The issue occurs when the iPhone doesn't recognize that the app has been installed.

  1. Uninstall app
  2. Restart your iPhone using this method (this is different than just turning off the phone)
  3. Reinstall the app
