This (mentee only) escalation occurs:
as soon as a mentor declines a mentee or match request expires and a rematch is ready
1. In the Programs dashboard, scroll down to Escalations.
2. Click on the row titled, Needs Rematch.
3. A list of participant info and actions you can take will listed.
4. In the column titled, Suggested Action, click See New Match to see the top match selections for this user.
5. Also in the Suggested Action column, click the downward arrow to Dismiss the notification or Snooze it for 3 days.
