1. From your homepage, hover over the circle icon of your initials or photo in the upper right corner and click on Meetings from the drop-down menu.
2. Click on the date on the calendar that you want to have the meeting.
3. Fill out the meeting template.
4. To add people to the invite, start typing in the text box with your name and a drop-down menu will appear with possible names. Click on the users you want to invite.
5. Click Create
6. An email with the meeting details will be sent to all those invited.
